Basics Of LOKPA Installation
1. Before you try installing the programs to a computer with Windows 7 or Windows 8 (or 8.1) or 10, it is best to turn off the User Account Control settings first. To do this, go to Control Panel, click on “User Accounts and Family Safety”. Then click on "User Accounts" then click on "Change user account control settings". Bring the "dial down to "Never Notify" and then click on OK. Allow the changes then re-start the computer.
2. If you have an anti-virus program installed on your computer, it is best to temporarily disable it. Disable both Anti-virus protection and Firewall within the program to “until your computer re-starts”.
3. When you click the link to install the program, the installation program will first be downloaded to your computer and then you can run the installation program. Here are two helpful suggestions: (1) Rather than clicking the link to install the program, we recommend that you right-click on it and select "Run As Administrator" from the popup menu. This will help ensure that all files get installed. (2) Save the installation program file to a memory stick or other backup place so that if you ever need to run the program in the future, you can run it without having to download it again. This is very helpful because it is easy to lose this email message, if your computer has problems in the future, you will have the installation programs on the backup media, and if the location of the installation program changes in the future, then the link will not work but you will have the installation program downloaded so you are not dependent on this.
Some users are Logging into their systems as Local Users and not as Administrators as a result of which LOKPA full privileges are not getting installed and the license key is sometime malfunctioning giving awry results. The key is highly encrypted to give spurious natural effects.
Hope all of you have been able to install and run the LOKPA Software by now. For any issues, please feel free to send us email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of your issue.
